One unit. Buying a single trailer to test the build before placing a fleet order is sensible, and we would rather you did that than took our word for it. From five units upward, pricing becomes negotiable.

Standard models take 15 to 30 days from receipt of the deposit. Custom builds and large fleet orders run 35 to 45 days. Those clocks start when the deposit clears and the drawing is approved — not when the enquiry arrives.

30% deposit by T/T on contract signature, which is when we cut steel. The 70% balance is due before shipment, against loading photographs and a copy of the bill of lading — so you can see the actual trailers before you release the balance.

Yes, and about a third of our output is exactly that. Send a drawing, a load rating and dimensions. If you do not have a drawing, a photograph and a description of the job is enough for our engineers to produce one for your approval.

Most trailers ship RoRo or as break-bulk on a container vessel. Some models can be partly knocked down to reduce freight, which is worth costing if you are shipping several units to the same port. We quote FOB, CFR or CIF as you prefer.

Not ourselves, and be wary of any factory that says it does. SONCAP, PVoC and SABER are issued per shipment by accredited bodies such as SGS, Bureau Veritas or Intertek — a factory cannot hold them. What we do is make the trailers available for inspection at our plant on the date you set, and supply the drawings, material certificates and invoices the inspector asks for. Appoint your agency, tell us when they are coming, and we will work around them.

Structure and fitted components carry twelve months from arrival at your port; the main beam carries longer, stated on your contract. Send photographs and the chassis number. Replacement parts go out by courier for small items or with your next order for larger ones.

Yes, and we would encourage it before a fleet order. We will send an invitation letter for your visa application and meet you at the airport. If you cannot travel, we will walk the line on a video call instead.

Yes. We keep a parts list against your chassis number. Ordering a spares kit in the same container as the trailer is far cheaper than air-freighting a part later.
