We are a young factory, and we do not yet hold the certificates an older competitor will put in front of you. Rather than dress that up, here is something more useful: the ways you can check the work yourself, before your money leaves the bank.
A certificate is a proxy for trust — someone else looked, and you take their word for it. These are the direct versions. Every one is something you can act on today, at your own initiative.
Appoint SGS, Bureau Veritas or Intertek to inspect the trailer at our plant before it ships. You pick the inspector, you set the scope, and the report goes to you — not through us.
Our minimum is a single trailer. Buy one, run it on your own route for a season, and place the fleet order only if it holds up. We would rather you did that than took our word for it.
We will send an invitation letter for your visa application and meet you at the airport. If you cannot travel, we will walk the production line on a video call instead.
The 70% balance falls due against loading photographs and a copy of the bill of lading. You are looking at your actual trailer, not a catalogue picture, at the moment you release the money.
The chassis is ours. The wearing parts are not, and this is the right place to spend money — an axle or a brake set that cannot be serviced locally will strand a trailer far more often than a weld will fail. Tell us what your local dealers stock and we will fit it.
Twelve months on the structure and on fitted components from the date of arrival at your port. The main beam carries a longer structural warranty — confirmed in writing on your contract, because a warranty you cannot point to in a document is not a warranty.
We keep a spares list against your chassis number for the life of the trailer. Order a starter spares kit with the trailer and it ships in the same container — it is the cheapest freight you will ever pay for those parts.
